When I drag my pointer down to shout, and I get all these shouts that I have used before. How do I get rid of them?

I'm not sure what you mean by "drag my pointer down to shout". You mean view the previous shouts?

You see the little red circle to the right of each shout? Click that to delete each shout.

I didn't explain it right. When you go to type a shout in and the "cookies?" come up of shouts you have did in the past. I'm trying to get rid of them. I got a whole bunch

I think you mean the "history"...the little clock?

No, go to the box to type your shout. Double click on it and a box will come up with your past shouts. Thats the one I want to clean up

Oh! Now I get it... That seems to be a "cached" thing. Try clearing the SMF cache or your browser's cache.

If either of those do not work you'll have to post your quesation at the SP support site.
