 If it freezes during the installation one can download the Media Creation Tool from the Windows site which will allow manual installation of Windows 10.

Instruction:

• Quit the frozen Windows 10 installation (cancel or use X)
• Bring up the command prompt & type: dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
• Let it process the above command (it may take several minutes)
• Download the appropriate exe file from this Microsoft official link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
• This tool will allow you to use an ISO file for burning or a direct installation

  I suggest running the tool twice. Once to save an ISO file to have a hard copy of Windows 10 and then just run it again but opt the direct installation. The command prompt can be brought up by using ie. the START menu search function (search command & it will appear in the execution list).

Here's another tip.

  Are you aware that Windows 10 automatically enables peer to peer sharing of its updates?
This new feature is called Windows Update Delivery Optimization (WUDO).

  This means that when someone updates their Windows 10 (general updates) it uses pieces from other peers across the web. So if your Windows 10 has updated files that someone else needs it will use your files by uploading them (or pieces of them) to other peers hence using your data allowance. This results in faster downloading for updates but may cause an issue if you have limited data usage or bandwidth usage for your specific device.

  This is enabled by default and must be manually disabled if this behavior is not wanted.
