  I was trying to change my pass word and now I can't get into it. What is wrong? I do ever thing it told me to and intered the new password and it still won't work. HELP PLEASE

Go to Client Services at your hosting's site and clicl on your package. At the bottom of the page you should see your cPanel's password. You may have entered it incorrectly. But this will also allow you to change it as well.

You should also be able to log into it from there too.

  I found out you can't paste it in. It don't work. You have to put it in yourself

Yes, you are correct! You cannot copy and paste it...for security reasons.
